More generally, they can be defined as constant <strong>disorders <\/strong>of nutritional <strong>behaviour <\/strong>or behaviour that concerns weight management, which significantly affects one\u2019s bodily health and psychosocial functionality.<\/p>\n<p>Symptoms may involve the following: <strong>frequent <\/strong>weighting, exercise aimed at reducing weight, skipping social events to avoid meals, constant fixation on one\u2019s body image, significant <strong>change<\/strong> in body weight not related to a health problem, bathroom <strong>visits<\/strong> after meals, frequent swelling or stomach-ache after a meal or snack, increased&nbsp; <strong>use <\/strong>of food supplements, diuretics, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Eating disorders include anorexia, bulimia but also ones that are not otherwise specified (EDNOS). This service\u2019s <strong>goal <\/strong>is to work with the individual, through an interdisciplinary approach, for the normalization of nutritional behaviour and the preferment of healthy nutritional habits.<\/p>\n<h2>This service is addressed to people that:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Have been diagnosed with an eating disorder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Eating disorders<\/strong> are related to important <strong>nutritinal<\/strong> and <strong>psychological<\/strong> complications.
