People decide for various reasons to follow vegetarian diets. This service’s goal is to draw personalized nutrition programmes for vegetarians, so that they receive the necessary nutrients. There are many different types of vegetarianism like for instance:

  • Lacto-vegetarians (they consume dairy products but exclude eggs, meat, poultry, fish and seafood)
  • Ovo-vegetarians(they consume eggs but exclude dairy, meat, poultry, fish and seafood)
  • Lacto-ovo-vegetarians(they consume dairy and eggs but exclude meat, poultry, fish and seafood)
  • Vegans(they don’t consume animal products at all, including honey)
  • Pescatarians(they consume fish and seafood)
  • Semi-vegetarians (or flexitarians)(they consume meat or chicken occasionally)
