Cold banana cake

Banana cake


  • 4 bananas
  • 2 cups of orange juice
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 sachet of vanilla cream
  • 1 sachet of orange cream
  • 1 can of pineapple or peach (1/2 kg)
  • 250 gr of lady-finger
  • A bit of cherry liqueur or cognac



Pour the orange juice in the pot with 5 tablespoons of sugar as well as the sachet of orange cream and make a firmed up cream. Now make a second cream using the milk, 5 tablespoons of sugar and the sachet of vanilla cream. Ring the bananas, ruffle the content of the can and then cut it in round bits. Let the creams cool down. Macerate the cake mold and put it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.

Now on the cake mold put a layer of orange cream followed by lady-finger, and sprinkle them with a bit of cherry liqueur or cognac. Next lay some fruit, followed by vanilla cream and lady-finger and sprinkle those too. One more layer of fruit. Now repeat the layers once and let the cake in the fridge for 4 hours.
